Modular builder Hickory has partnered with Bill Moss’ Boston Global and new real estate player Atlas Investment Corporation on a $130 million hotel development near Sydney Airport due to be completed by 2024
The three companies have formed a joint venture called Boston Atlas Hickory Hotels to undertake the proposed 12-storey Mascot project, which is timed to open when international and domestic travel have returned to pre-COVID-19 levels.
